1. How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days—quick enough to make tails wag and whiskers twitch with excitement!

 

2. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within the U.S. only, but we hope to spread cuddles worldwide soon. Stay tuned!

3. How do I know what size to get?
Check the size guide in each product description. Measure your pup’s neck, chest, or length so every collar, bed, or outfit fits paws-itively perfectly.

 

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! If your pet isn’t wagging or purring with joy, you can request a return or exchange within the time frame allowed for that product. We’ll help make it easy and stress-free. 

 

5. Are your products safe for pets?
Absolutely! Every item is pet-tested and paw-approved, so your furry friends can play, snuggle, and snooze safely.

 

6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes! You can tweak or cancel your order within 24 hours. Just email support@happycuddles.com—we’ll fetch a solution for you!

 

7. Do you have gift options?
Yes! Many of our products make purr-fect presents for pets. Stay tuned—we’ll be adding gift wrapping and bundles soon!

General Guidelines

  • Most new, unused, and unopened items can be returned or exchanged if reported within a reasonable time of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

  • Certain products (like food, treats, personalized/custom items, or clearance/final-sale items) may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.

 

Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the item and supplier, but we’ll always keep you updated.

  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect—don’t worry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
